Welcome to Debark University! Freshers Week is a week-long celebration designed to help new students get settled, meet new people, and explore all that campus life has to offer. Whether you’re attending your first lecture, discovering clubs and societies, or enjoying social events, this week will help you build connections and make the most of your university experience.
Join us for campus tours, orientation sessions, icebreaker activities, and fun social events as we kick off the academic year with excitement and enthusiasm. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to meet fellow students, get to know the campus, and discover all the resources available to you.

- October 1, 2024 | 9:00 AM – Welcome Breakfast & Registration (Main Hall)
- October 1, 2024 | 11:00 AM – Campus Tour (Starting at the Student Center)
- October 2, 2024 | 2:00 PM – Club & Society Fair (University Quad)
- October 3, 2024 | 6:00 PM – Freshers Mixer (Campus Cafeteria)
- October 4, 2024 | 10:00 AM – Academic Orientation (Main Auditorium)
- October 5, 2024 | 4:00 PM – Student Wellness Workshop (Wellness Center)
- October 7, 2024 | 7:00 PM – Freshers Ball (University Ballroom)
Target Audience:
- All new undergraduate and postgraduate students
- International students
- Students’ families are welcome to join certain events (e.g., Welcome Breakfast, Campus Tour)
Registration:
- All new students must register for Welcome Freshers Week events to participate in the activities and gain access to exclusive events.
