Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Design, plan, and implement continuing education programs, workshops, and certification courses for professionals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with academic departments, industry partners, and professional bodies to ensure the relevance and quality of CPD offerings.
- Event Coordination: Organize training sessions, seminars, conferences, and other professional development events.
- Marketing & Outreach: Promote CPD programs to targeted audiences through various channels, including social media, email, and partnerships.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Track participant progress, gather feedback, and assess the effectiveness of CPD programs.
- Administrative Support: Manage program logistics, including registration, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records of participants and certifications.
